Collection: Game Gear

Sega® launched the Game Gear® system in April of 1991 to try to smash it's competitors handheld offerings. It was primarily trying to best the very popular Game Boy® but was unable to do so. Boasting a color screen, better ergonomics, and a more powerful system overall, it wasn't half bad. Selling only 10.62 million units over the course of its 6 year life span wasn't enough to do what Nintend-don't!
